The objective of a warehouse is to minimize cost and maximize customer service. Operating a warehouse involves several processing activities and an efficient operation of a warehouse depends upon how well these activities are performed.
This short course gives an introduction to warehouse management and how to use space to a maximum level as well as effective usage of labor and equipment.
