In a logistics system of manufacturing different operators are linked with each other with the purpose of meeting customer needs. Lean-game: Line, Kanban & Balance aims to demonstrate how different principles influence productivity in a logistics system at a company.
In this game vehicles are assembled in a production line. The assembly is carried out with various manufacturing concepts. The participants can even introduce their own solutions to improvements.
Objectives: The participants are in a group of 4-6 persons and get the chance of practicing and understanding impact of different manufacturing principles on production performance.
Participants: The course suits those who work in the fields of production, maintenance, production development or work with efficiency in manufacturing process at a company.
Qualifications: No previous knowledge is required; thus personnel may better have worked for a period in the corresponding areas.
Training Method:
Lean-game: Line, Kanban & Balance is an instructor-led workshop composed of lectures and group activities where the participants can gain their theoretical understanding through practical training.

Course Length: 6-hour coaching training.
