Lean-game: Standardized methods of working illustrates benefits of an improvement work. The game focuses on practical application of principles within Lean tools 5S.
A task is assigned to the participants to assemble trucks. The prerequisites diverse within 5S. The game demonstrates what profits can be gained via an orderly structure and visualization.
Objectives: The aim is to practice and understand the significance of an orderly structure of an assembly, plus how improvement work can be formulated for an increased productivity.
Participants: The course suits those who work in the fields of production, maintenance, production development, quality or work with efficiency in manufacturing process at a company.
Qualifications: No previous knowledge is required.
Training Method:
Lean-game: Standardized methods of working is an instructor-led workshop composed of lectures and group activities where the participants can gain their theoretical understanding through practical training.
